Cura operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Cura is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

Device Data
If you use our devices, we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
Location Information. We may request access to or you may provide location information, typically upon setup but on as as-needed basis if the device changes locations. This information is required to provide precise location to first responders. You may remove this access inthe app, but the Services will cease to function.
Individuals Presence. We may request information regarding the individuals present in a residence or location in order to better provide the Services. This may be the names of residents and their ages. This information enables first responders and emergency services personnel to access this information in the event of an emergency. You can delete this information from with in the app.
DeviceAccess. We may request access or permission to the device itself to provide updates, confirm the device is in working order, confirm battery life, and otherwise facilitate the continued function of the device. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings, but it is likely the device will cease to function.
Audio and Video Data. We will request access to the audio and video data that may be captured by the device to enable us to provide the Services. You can disable this access in a number of ways, including using the app, but the device will cease to function.
This information (the “Device Data”) is primarily needed to ensure that the Services may be provided and the device continues to function.

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you.
